Prof. H.C. Helmut Langer
Köln, Germany based crusader of sustainable visual design, Mr. Langer has been President and Board Member of the International Council of Graphic Design Association (ICOGRADA-world body for professional communication design) from 1987-93. He is the most celebrated designer known for his complex and global conceptual projects and creation of visual design that are sustainable, creative, cheerful, powerful, easy to identify and good to remember.
In his varied and stupendous portfolio, he created exceptional designs for Foreign Office Germany, Entico Corporation London, European Parliament, European Commission, European Central Bank, UN, UNCCD, UNEP, UNEP CBD, UNESCO, UNFCCC, UN/ISDR, UNW-DPC and won many international awards. He has graced many international conventions and design competitions across the world and is respected for his immense knowledge and undisputed hold on Graphic Designing.
N. Raghuraman
Well known for motivational column ‘Management Funda’ in Dainik Bhaskar and Divya Bhaskar, he has 27 years experience in journalism. An editor at Mumbai’s second largest newspaper- DNA, Mr. Raghuraman is also a regular columnist writing ‘Metronama’ and ‘Positive Thinking.’
Credited with design and launch of a unique daily supplement, ‘City Bhaskar’ across the country, he was actively involved in redesigning of Dainik Bhaskar- a process that involved lacs of readers in a meaningful way. Rajesh Kejriwal
Aptly termed a design evangelist, Rajesh founded ‘Kyoorius’ in 2006 as a platform for design community that is helping fuel design movement. He is the chief architect and driver behind Kyoorius Design Yatra– India’s largest and world’s second largest annual design conference, and is the chief editor and publisher of Kyoorius Design Magazine and Kyoorius Design Showcase book. He has been a jury at the Dutch Design Awards, British Council Young Entrepreneurs Awards and Association of Business Communicators Awards.
Rajesh Kejriwal is also Director & Partner of Saffron Brand Consultants– a Strategic brand consultancy firm headed by Wally Olins with Office in Mumbai, Madrid, London and New York and also heads the Kyoorius group of companies with over eighteen offices in India, Singapore, Malaysia, London, Madrid, New York, Vienna, etc.
Sudhir Sharma
Sudhir Sharma, founder of Designindia (a pioneering social network of about 6000 Indian Professional Designers) and Chief Creative Officer of Indi Design Private Limited, is perhaps the most well known Indian designer. He is also a member of Global Design Council at the World Economic Forum and India Design Council.
Sudhir is the Chief Editor of Pool Magazine, the first publication on Design, Innovation and Creativity for design professionals in India. He often appears in media as a spokesperson for Indian design and has been on the Automobile Awards Jury for five years, the prestigious inaugural Cannes Design Lions 2008 Jury and the ADFEST 09 in Pattaya.
Hrridaysh Deshpande
A Computer Engineer by qualification Hrridaysh has been in the field of education for over 14 years. Presently, Hrridaysh is the director of DYP-DC Center for Automotive Research and Studies, an institution setup by DY Patil Group and Dilip Chhabria. In addition, he is the principal associate of a non-profit initiative “Innoastra”. Using Design as the enabler for structured innovation, Innoastra aims to enhance economic competitiveness and address the social needs of India.
Earlier, he was the director of Elephantversity Institute of Innovation – India’s first institute of innovation. He founded Creative-i College, in 2004 one of India’s first private initiatives in the field of Design Education. He was the director of Multiversity School of Professional Engineering. Here he designed and executed a unique Masters Program in Engineering Design for graduate engineers. Before, Hrridaysh was working with Hi-Tech Educational Group as a Director.
